Happy New Year!!! I spent the last days of 2008 in the most beautiful place - and I resolve to visit again and again. Sending my warmest wishes for a happy, peaceful, and prosperous 2009!

Yay, Antony!

Sorry I've been MIA, but I'm buried under hats and doll-parts. Soon, I'll be attempting another escape from under the pile to post pictures of what I've been up to and to invite all of you to come out to Bendel's in a few weeks to check out my millinery offerings.

In the meantime, I'm completely happy because I got my first Christmas gift -- tickets to the Antony and the Johnsons show at Town Hall this February. I AM SO HAPPPPEEEEE!!!

Coming Home

For two months now I've been listening to K.D. Lang's Watershed. I can't even begin to describe the little flutter within me when I hear the opening strings of Coming Home. The magic of music, right?

Well, just a few minutes ago I received a phone call from D with the wonderful news that she's coming home! Magic! Flutter! My dearest friend, I am so happy for you! Yay!

I couldn't help myself, this is too perfect.
